The T47H-16C or Q float-type steam trap regulating valve (originally introduced from the former Soviet Union model T47H16C float-type regulating valve) is suitable for industrial sectors such as power plants, chemical, pharmaceutical, and papermaking industries with heaters, used for regulating the water level in deaerator steam tanks. It is an essential device for effectively controlling the amount of water in heaters.

II. Float-type Steam Trap Regulating ValveImportedNational StandardT47H

Structural Features and Working Principle
1. This valve has a relatively large external size. It is suitable for high back pressure and does not leak steam. The discharged condensate is saturated water close to steam pressure, which helps improve the thermal efficiency of the equipment and the energy-saving feature of secondary steam utilization. As the condensate level rises, when the float rises to 403mm from the bottom plane of the cover, the valve fully opens, allowing a large amount of cold condensate to discharge into the tank. When the float drops by 113mm, the valve fully closes. Condensate cannot flow out, keeping the float stably confined within a range of 113-403mm. This enables the valve to discharge only air and high-temperature condensate while preventing steam leakage.
3. This valve operates based on the change in condensate level, causing the float to rise and fall. It can also be manually operated via a handle, thereby driving the opening and closing mechanism at the bottom to achieve the function of draining water and blocking steam.
